Week after week, Eric Bellinger has been steadily sharing cuts from the upcoming project without breaking his streak of consistency, with his latest offering being his new video for “Weak All Week.” All songs are leading up to the release of his new project, Eric B For President: Term 3. On the new song, Eric sings to his lady while referencing a Jodeci classic:

“Waitin’ for me under the covers, feinin’ for you got me in a rush. Top of the evening baby, playin’ Jodeci while freakin’ you babe. Have your way, your way, your way tonight, it’s okay, okay. Girl I been Weak All Week tryna sleep alone. It’s been a long week, week, week. You should put me on, yeah, girl I been Weak All Week.”

The tracks from all of his recent videos are set to appear on Eric B For President: Term 3 is the third installment in a series, with the first two projects that dropped in 2016 and 2017, respectively. So far from the project, we’ve received “Isolation,” “One Thing Missing,” “SOLO’N” “FLOTUS.” and “GODLY.”

His last solo LP, Saved By The Bellinger, was released last September, and the Optimal Music collaboration with Neiman J and his EP Hors D’oeuvres, were released in April and June. He also recently assisted MarMar Oso on his new single “Slide” just earlier this week.

In a recent interview with REVOLT, Eric Bellinger spoke about his mission behind starting his own label YFS (Your Favorite Song):

“I want to be able to empower the youth. I want to be able to give people who really need an opportunity a chance because I look at it like there’s a gateway to success. You need someone to open that door. You need someone to give you a chance. You need someone to give you a shot. I want to be at least one source that people know they can look to, that’s about the real. Always has been, always will be.”
