The hip hop world continues to reel from the tragic passing of Pop Smoke, who transitioned earlier this year. This past July, his team released his posthumous debut album Shoot For The Stars Aim For The Moon, which saw 19 tracks and features from 50 Cent, Quavo, Future, Lil Baby, DaBaby, Roddy Ricch, Tyga, and more. That same month also saw a deluxe edition with 15 additional cuts and even more assists from the likes of Fivio Foreign, Young Thug, Gunna, A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie, and Jamie Foxx. Now, fans get to enjoy a remix of the Lil Tjay-assisted “Mood Swings,” which adds Summer Walker to the adults-only single:

“Ballerina tip, keep a top grip on it, that’s my d*** when I want it, but boy, you get me here, make me wanna chase you like a broke n***a, always in there with the wrong n***as/

Bein’ sensitive was not it, nah, nah, nah, slim thick with a stick up, talkin’, “Rah, rah, rah,” prolly gonna have a couple kids runnin’ ‘round, teah, if I was tryna settle down, young b***hes on the prowl…/”

Prior to his death, Pop Smoke was one of the frontrunners of the still-growing Brooklyn drill movement, a progression of UK drill that’s become one of the top hip hop sounds all over the country. Prior to Shoot For The Stars Aim For The Moon, the Canarsie star released Meet The Woo and Meet The Woo Vol. 2, the second of which was released mere weeks prior to the day Pop Smoke’s life was taken. Meet The Woo Vol. 2 also earned him a top ten on the Billboard 200 thanks to 36,000 album equivalent units sold during its first week of release.
