Following the release of her “WAP” video, Cardi B is taking a moment to pay tribute to Normani and Mulatto, who both made appearances in the visual.

In a post to Instagram, the New York-bred rapper shared a BTS clip of Normani performing her choreography. As the former Fifth Harmony member hit her moves, Cardi sang “Motivation.” She captioned the clip, “It’s the way she ate that for me @normani …..I can’t wait till Normani put her project out. She been working for a long time and I CANT wait till she show ya 😱She gonna wake ya up.”

In regards to Mulatto, Cardi pointed out that she has been watching her star rise over the years. She thanked the “No Hook” spitter for clearing her schedule to help bring her visual to life. “Just beautiful @mulatto …..I been seen Mulatto grinding and grinding and she really getting up there .I see her up and stuck up there .Sooo proud of her .Keep Killing and Thank you sooo much,” Cardi wrote.

“WAP,” which features vocals from Megan Thee Stallion, marks Cardi’s first leading track in nearly nine months. During a recent interview with “The Breakfast Club,” the “Bodak Yellow” spitter revealed how she linked up with the Houston rhymer.

“[My stylist] was like, ‘You have to link up. I know you see the comments all the time; the people would love a song with y’all. You guys gotta get to know each other,’” Cardi said, explaining that her and Megan’s stylists are friends.

She continued, “I told him, ‘I know.’ Like, I’m just shy. One of my big things is that I’m really shy, especially when it comes to girls. I don’t know why. That’s just how I am… But they made it happen. We linked up and we had girly conversations — it was mad fu*king funny.”
