It’s been about a year since A$AP Ferg blessed the masses with his latest project Floor Seats, and now it looks like he’s ready to heat up summer 2020. This week, the Harlem star drops off the surefire banger “Move Ya Hips,” which sees trunk-rattling production from Frankie P and features assistance from Nicki Minaj and MadeinTYO. With TYO on hook duty, Ferg and Minaj trade verses about living that high-energy rich lifestyle:

“Diamonds all on my gums, talkin’ my s***, I got runs, hole in my jeans like I’m grunge, f***in’ that b***h in the buns, she suck on my d*** ‘til it’s numb/

Pockets is fat like The Klumps, rappers is lookin’ like lunch, I’m makin’ a meal when I munch, woo, move your hips, okay, when I be leaving she tell me to stay, ooh/”

The track comes with a somewhat hilarious visualizer, which seems to take inspiration from Kanye West’s iconic clip for “The New Workout Plan.” A group of women can be seen in a fitness advertisement-styled video moving their hips to the tune in a variety of ways.

Fans were first teased with the song via DJ Clue’s social media back in May, before receiving pre-release co-signs from Nicki Minaj and fellow A$AP Mob member A$AP Rocky. “Move Ya Hips” also marks the third collaboration between Minaj and A$AP Ferg since 2017’s “Plain Jame (Remix)” and 2018’s Creed II soundtrack cut “Runnin.”

In addition to the aforementioned, Ferg’s recently been spotted in the studio with rock legend Marilyn Manson, leaving fans to wonder if his forthcoming project will be more experimental than his previous efforts:
