T.I. is calling out the Kentucky attorney general for pressing charges against the protesters who were outside of his home, but not pressing charges on the Louisville police officers who shot and killed Breonna Taylor.

The Paper Trail rapper took to Instagram to pen a lengthy post demanding that Attorney General Daniel Cameron drop the charges against the protesters. “@danieljaycameron you done stepped in some shit sir,” he wrote. “But It’s not too late…YOU MUST do what’s right & drop these charges to something commensurate to similar violations made by non-melanated people…Or else you and your office WILL BE complicit to the crimes of white supremacy & systemic racism that infests America today.”

He continued, “I know it’s a lot of pressure…and sometimes it’s tough to swim upstream & take the path of the MOST RESISTANCE, but it’s good for our souls & feels better in the long run of life. We know you have children & family that’s looking to you to do what’s right… put your ego aside…meditate…listen to your ancestors & ask for clear, concise direction. I’m certain you’d hate to be on the wrong side of history on this matter… it’d be terrible for everyone who looks up to you to watch you fight for the confederacy & lose….AGAIN. Just some insight from 1 brother to another. Oh & while I have your attention…. CHARGE THE COPS WHO KILLED BREONNA TAYLOR. Like it or not….You’re one of US… & it’s #USorELSE #FAWKUMEAN EVERYBODY LET’S HIT HIM UP AND LET HIM KNOW HOW WE FEEL ABOUT IT.”

Earlier this week, 87 protesters were arrested while peacefully demonstrating near Cameron’s home. Those arrested included rapper YBN Cordae, activist Tamika Mallory, “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Porsha Williams and “Love and Hip Hop: New York” star Yandy Smith.

According to the Louisville Metro Police Department, each person was charged with Intimidating a Participant in a Legal Process (Class D felony), Disorderly Conduct 2nd Degree (Class B misdemeanor), and Criminal Trespass 3rd Degree (Violation).

On Monday (July 13), Cameron said that he did not have a timeline on when his office would conclude Taylor’s investigation. He did confirm that his office had received all of the requested information from the Louisville Metro Police Department.
