Bow Wow hinted to his fans that he has new music on the way with Omarion.

Earlier this year, both artists appeared together for an interview with TIDAL’s “Rap Radar.” During the interview, they teased the possibility of new music arriving and it looks like their new project will drop before the year is over.

The “Shortie Like Mine” rapper tweeted, “Bow Wow / Omarion 2020.” He also included a CD emoji, hinting at a possible joint album or mixtape.

The duo last collaborated on the 2007 album Face Off. The LP peaked at No. 11 on the Billboard 200 and spent 13 weeks on the chart.

Their 2005 single “Let Me Hold You” peaked at No. 4 on Billboard’s Hot 100 chart.

Bow was set to join Omarion on “The Millennium Tour 2020,” but it was postponed due to COVID-19. Ashanti, Lloyd, Sammie, Pretty Ricky, Soulja Boy and the Ying Yang Twins were also set to join the tour.

Fans are excited to hear new music from Bow and Omarion.

Twitter user @essenceofqueen tweeted, “I’m slick mad this millennium tour got pushed back. Hella seats now and plus Bow Wow and Omarion finna drop. Perfect.”

Social media user @not_naice tweeted, “A Bow wow and Omarion project… in 2020 [OMG emoji].”

Yesterday (May 18), Bow took to Twitter to reveal that he was planning to retire after he dropped his next project.

Twitter user @SEMAJdotCOM asked, “@smoss bro, you still considering retiring after the next album you drop?” The “Outta My System” rapper replied, “Fuck yes! I have to get Shai ready she wants to follow in my footsteps so I have to shift my hustle. She next up! We are going to own tv and film. Daddy daughter duo like no other!”
