Jadakiss is giving back to frontline workers during COVID-19. The “Huntin Season” rapper recently teamed up with Slice Out Hunger and Delicious Pizza to have pizzas delivered to healthcare workers in New York City.

“Thanks to our Health Care heroes on the frontlines in New York City and LA,” he tweeted. “It’s been an honor partnering with @sliceouthunger & @deliciouspizzahq to deliver pizzas to hospitals, clinics and community centers today. Get involved by making a donation here: sliceouthunger.org/allCrust.”

Since launching in 2009, Slice Out Hunger has raised over $590,000 to fund hunger relief efforts across the country. The non-profit is 100 percent ran by volunteers.

Jadakiss’ donation came with custom pizza boxes that read, “All Crust Pizza. When it comes to my pie…the crust is a must.” Back in 2019, the Ignatius MC revealed that he only eats pizza crust, since dairy is not part of his diet.

Aside from pizza preferences, Jadakiss recently released his fifth studio album, Ignatius. The album peaked at No. 31 on the Billboard 200. The project featured appearances by Pusha T, 2 Chainz, Ty Dolla $ign, John Legend, Dej Loaf, Rick Ross and more. The LP is also named after Ignatius “Ice Pick” Jay, a Ruff Ryders A&R/producer who passed away in 2017.

Last month, he spoke to REVOLT about how it feels to be considered one of the top rappers in the game.

“It feels great,” he said. “This is a game similar to the NFL: Not For Long. When you’re able to make a career or have a career out of it, that’s a blessing. A lot of people come and go. There’s a lot of people this year that aren’t going to be here next year. To have a career is a beautiful thing.”
