Thanks to the current pandemic, fans have been able to witness some of the dopest social media music battles known to man. Since last month, we’ve seen Hit-Boy versus Boi-1da, Swizz Beatz versus Timbaland, The-Dream versus the unintentionally hilarious Sean Garrett, and more. Thanks to the increasing demand, many others — like RZA and DJ Premier for example — are already set to duke it out on IG Live in the near future.

One big standout in the midst of all of these battles was Lil Jon going up against T-Pain, with both reminding the viewers why they held such an iron fist over hip hop during their respective eras. Unsurprisingly, there was an unreleased cut thrown in the mix — one of which happened to be from Lil Jon, who revealed a two-year-old collaboration between him, Usher, and Ludacris. Titled “SexBeat,” the track instantly brings back the memories that these three created with past chart-toppers “Yeah” and “Lovers and Friends.”

Naturally, Lil Jon’s big reveal created a demand for the collaboration, and — as was announced by all parties involved — the world is now able to enjoy “SexBeat” in its entirety:

Recently, Usher made a big return to music with his new single “Don’t Waste My Time,” which features Ella Mai. He also found himself on the receiving end of some shade by way of The Weeknd, who — via an interview with Variety — felt that Usher copied him on the 2012 classic “Climax”:

“‘House of Balloons’ literally changed the sound of pop music before my eyes… I heard ‘Climax,’ that [2012] Usher song, and was like, ‘Holy f—, that’s a Weeknd song.’ It was very flattering, and I knew I was doing something right, but I also got angry. But the older I got, I realized it’s a good thing.”
