With touring and live shows being cancelled across the country, H.E.R. is doing her part to make sure that her entire team is taken care of financially during the pandemic.

Ajanee, one of H.E.R.’s lead background vocalists, took to Instagram to share that her boss has been very generous to the team during this hard time.

“I’ve been gone for a second because my family was directly affected by COVID 19,” Ajanee wrote. “All of us were infected with the virus. Today, this BOSS just blessed her whole team with some COVID 19 funds to help us through the next few months. I’m not talking about a lil bag for groceries! SHE JUST BLESSED EVERY LAST ONE OF US! THANK YOU sis! I hope every artist who HAS it like that gives back to their team! Especially if they have been down from day 1. Thank you @hermusicofficial for being someone who leads by example!”

In addition to being generous to her crew, the Grammy award winner is also keeping her fans entertained virtual performances. The “Best Part” singer performed on Instagram Live as part of “Together At Home.”

“Music heals,” she posted. “Thank you to all of the first responders, doctors, nurses, grocery workers and everyone on the front line!”

Global Citizens launched the “Together At Home” concert series in collaboration with the World Health Organization (WHO). The virtual shows aim to unite humanity at a time when they feel alone in their homes during the pandemic.

The concert series encourages people to stay home and practice social distancing to help stop the spread of Coronavirus. Other celebrities that have performed under “Together At Home” are Chloe x Halle, Jennifer Hudson, Miguel, John Legend, Ziggy Marley, and Common.

Shoutout to H.E.R. for taking care of her team during these tough times. Check out Ajanee’s Instagram post below.
