The NBA has found a new way to entertain their fans after the season has been postponed until further notice due to the Coronavirus pandemic.

The NBA Together has tapped DJ D-Nice to lead #ClubQuarantine after he went viral last week for his party on Instagram Live. The party is set to kick off tonight (Mar. 27) at 7 pm ET on the NBA’s official Instagram account.

The NBA Together program was launched in response to the pandemic. “The program is centered on four pillars – Know the Facts, Acts of Caring, Expand Your Community and NBA Together Live – that will amplify the latest global health and safety information, share guidelines and resources, and keep people and communities socially connected through digital tools and virtual events as everyone copes with the impact of the pandemic,” a statement from the organization reads.

“As part of NBA Together, the NBA family is committed to contributing and helping raise more than $50 million to support people impacted by the coronavirus and community and healthcare organizations providing vital services around the world, which includes the more than $30 million financial commitment already made by NBA and WNBA teams and players to date,” the statement continued.

DJ D-Nice has been a viral sensation since he held a party on Instagram Live where over 100,000 viewers, including celebrities such as Diddy, J. Lo, Ava DuVernay, Drake, Joe Biden, and Janet Jackson, tuned in to catch him spin thee latest hits.

Michelle Obama recently asked D-Nice to host her virtual voter registration party. The purpose of the party was to encourage viewers to register to vote in the upcoming election.

Okayplayer reports that over 61,000 people tuned into the Instagram Live and the guest list was star-studded. Celebrity viewers reportedly included Chaka Khan, Janelle Monae, Vanessa Williams and others.

The former First Lady and her When We All Vote organization reportedly helped almost 13,000 people either register to vote or begin the process.

Make sure you check out DJ D-Nice tonight at 7 pm ET on the NBA’s official Instagram account.
