One of the best lyricists in the game has officially teamed up with one of the most legendary producers of all time. Following last week’s teaser, fans can now see that The Alchemist and Griselda’s Conway The Machine are dropping an EP titled LULU, which sees 7 tracks and appearances from Cormega and ScHoolboy Q. Even better, fans get to check out the Q collab, titled “Shoot Sideways,” today.

On the hard-hitting track, Conway goes absolutely bonkers over Al’s dark production while ScHoolboy handles hook duties. Griselda’s now-infamous signature adlibs can be heard throughout:

“Uh, hide the cookware in the kitchen cabinet/

Comin’ at me, you better get your ratchet/

My lil’ shooter like A.I., but he been missin’ practice/

But he still scorin’ on the opps and he still hittin’ baskets/

He with the action, still ridin’ with a stick in traffic/

So if it’s smoke, he ‘bout to have your mama pickin’ caskets/

I came a long way from flippin’ on a pissy mattress/

Now I smell the piss on the bricks when I rip the plastic…/”

This isn’t the first time Griselda and TDE have joined forces with The Alchemist behind the boards — last year saw the trio joined by Conway crony Westside Gunn for the equally dope “Fork In The Pot.”

In addition to the music, the LULU duo have also teamed up with Amsterdam-based streetwear brand Patta to create a capsule collection of the same name. Comprised of four pieces, fans get can their hands on a jacket in two different colorways, a branded cap, and/or — of course — a vinyl containing the EP in full. Both the music and the merch officially make landfall on March 30.

As you wait, you can check out the violently beautiful “Shoot Sideways” below, which is available on all major streaming platforms.
