Roddy Ricch’s “The Box” continues to hold the top position on the Billboard Hot 100. The Please Excuse Me For Being Antisocial cut has now spent 11 weeks at No. 1, becoming the 26th single ever to stay at the supreme spot for this long.

Previous singles that have held the 11-week record include Drake’s “God’s Plan,” Diddy and Faith Evans’ “I’ll Be Missing You” featuring 112, “Un-Break My Heart” by Toni Braxton, Destiny’s Child’s “Independent Woman Part 1” and “I Swear” by All-4-One.

Ricch celebrated the 11-week feat on Instagram, writing, “Still standing 11 weeks longer than they thought i would.”

Furthermore, Billboard notes that “The Box” has completed its 12th week at the No. 1 spot on the Streaming Songs Chart, dropping a mere 8 percent to 41.4 million US streams last week. The track simultaneously continues to lead the Billboard Hot R&B/ Hip Hop Songs and Hot Rap Songs charts for its 12th week.

Sitting closely behind “The Box” is The Weeknd’s “Blinding Lights “ and further down the list remains Drake and Future’s “Life Is Good” and Post Malone’s “Circles.”

The viral “The Box” — known for its intro squeaking noise — became the catapulting force behind Ricch’s phenomenal Please Excuse Me For Being Antisocial debut. In an interview with TIME, Ricch explained that adding the the beloved squeaking sound effect was a last-minute decision.

“It’s just the sound I heard when I made the song,” he explained. “I be putting sounds – you ever just make random-a** noises? That’s all it was. It was my imagination, wherever your imagination wants to take you. I feel like a lot of people gravitated towards the sound, but it’s just what I heard. When you make music, it’s all art – so it’s just the way I stroke my paint, the detail added.”

Last month, Ricch unveiled his visual for “The Box,” which he co-directed. Also helmed by director Christian Breslauer, the cinematic clip navigated between scenes of Ricch drag racing in a luxury car, addressing the media at the White House, defying gravity while walking along a burning building and lounging in a shark-infested pool.

Besides “The Box,” Please Excuse Me For Being Antisocial also included collaborations with Gunna, Lil Durk, Meek Mill, Mustard, Ty Dolla $ign and A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie.
