Goldenvoice has revealed its official lineup for the Los Angeles-based Lovers & Friends Festival. Boasting an inclusive mix of both nostalgic and up-and-coming R&B and hip hop acts, the one-day inaugural event will be headlined by Ms. Lauryn Hill, TLC, Usher, Lil Jon and Ludacris.

Other festival performers will include Jhene Aiko, Summer Walker, Megan Thee Stallion, Nelly, Sean Paul, T-Pain, Lil Kim, Fat Joe, Ja Rule, Saweetie, Twista, Trick Daddy, Ginuwine, Eve, Trina, Cam’ron, Foxy Brown, Baby Bash and more.

The festival will take place on May 9 inside the Carson, CA Dignity Health Sports Park. According to the Lovers & Friends official website, pre-sale tickets will be available beginning on Thursday (Feb. 20), with general admission tickets going on sale on Friday (Feb. 21) at 10 a.m. PST. General admission, VIP and Super VIP packages are available, with ticket prices ranging from $145 to $450. Payment plan options are also offered on the festival’s website.

The inaugural event will mark the latest addition to Goldenvoice’s festival roster, which also includes Coachella, Camp Flog Gnaw Carnival, One Love Cali Fest, Day N Vegas and more.

Several of the Lovers & Friends’ performers are already set to have busy festival seasons. Megan Thee Stallion will also perform at Washington, D.C.’s Broccoli City Festival that same day, with T-Pain also booked for Miami’s Rolling Loud. Megan is additionally set to perform at Coachella this April, along with Summer Walker. Fans of Nelly can catch also him performing his critically acclaimed Country Grammar album at this year’s Bonnaroo.

Festival goers will likely be treated to Jhene Aiko’s new album during her set, as the R&B starlet is expected to drop her forthcoming project Chilombo later this month. Twista may also be performing some new material, as he just dropped off his new Lifetime EP last Friday (Feb. 14).
