Raz B’s legal troubles keep growing.

The former B2K member has been arrested for DUI on Wednesday (Jan. 15), according to TMZ. A cop pulled him over after he allegedly saw him run a red light in his Mercedes-Benz.

Raz allegedly told the cop that he was lost and didn’t have his license on him. The cop smelled alcohol on his breath and Raz admitted to drinking alcohol and smoking marijuana earlier that night.

The cop conducted a field sobriety test, with a breathalyzer, and Raz failed. He was arrested on a DUI charge and released after posting $5,000 bond.

In May of last year, Raz was arrested for domestic violence. The B2K singer got into an argument with his girlfriend and things began to turn violent. Sources close to the singer claim that he was defending himself but authorities took him to jail anyway.

Police reportedly took pictures of his girlfriend’s injuries as evidence and are looking for surveillance footage from the parking lot the alleged abuse took place in.

After the arrest, Raz released a statement. He took full responsibility for his actions. The statement claimed that the alleged assault was a “turning point” for the singer and was linked to his childhood trauma.

The attorney’s office in Minnesota concluded that there wasn’t enough evidence to prosecute Raz. Following his release, he decided to step away from The Millennium Tour.

In an Instagram post, B2K announced, “Raz B has made the brave decision to take some time off to focus on his health and well-being, and will not be performing at the Florida dates of The Millennium Tour,” the post said. “We send our love and full support to our brother as he embarks on this self care journey. We love you all and can’t wait to see you in Jacksonville! Love, B2K”

Omarion recently announced a 2020 Millennium Tour line up and his former B2K bandmates were left off of the performers list.
