DaBaby’s alleged victim plans to sue if he doesn’t settle

DaBaby’s alleged victim is giving him until the end of the week to settle.

DaBaby has been given an ultimatum by Kenneth Carey, the concert promoter who claims DaBaby robbed and beat him in Miami a few weeks ago.

TMZ reports that Carey claims that he suffered facial injuries and was robbed by DaBaby for $80, a credit card and an iPhone 7. DaBaby claims that Carey shorted him on his $30,000 payment for hosting a party.

According to the police report, the promoter handed DaBaby $20,000 but DaBaby said he was owed $30,000 for a concert he was supposed to perform on Thursday. According to the police report, a second victim was was punched in the face.

Carey’s lawyers have reached out to DaBaby “in hopes of settling this matter expeditiously.” He is giving the “Suge” rapper until the end of the week to pay a settlement with him or he file legal docs and go after DaBaby for damages.

Following the alleged robbery, DaBaby was arrested for battery. Following his release from prison, he took to Instagram to let his fans know that justice will be served.

In an Instagram post, he wrote, “TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: PLEASE STOP TALKING TO ME ABOUT THAT WEAK ASS 48 HOURS I SPENT IN JAIL AND THAT FAILED ATTEMPT TO BREAK MY SPIRITS & INTERRUPT THE PATH I’M TAKING TO MY GOD GIVEN SUCCESS. DON’T ALLOW YOURSELF TO BE MISLEAD BY JANKY PROMOTERS AND LAZY ASS GROWN MEN ITCHING FOR THE OPPORTUNITY TO FILE A LAWSUIT THAT THEY WON’T WIN.”

He continued, “I REMAIN COMPOSED AND FOCUSED KNOWING ALLEGATIONS MADE WITHOUT HONESTY AND INTEGRITY WILL NEVER BE HONORED BY THE MOST HIGH. PLEASE BE REMINDED THAT SUCKA ASS SITUATIONS LIKE THESE AREN’T WORTHY OF YOUR TIME OR ATTENTION. DON’T ALLOW YOURSELF TO BECOME “LOST IN THE SAUCE” OR MISINFORMED BY THE MEDIA. I ENCOURAGE YOU ALL TO KICK BACK RELAX AND PREPARE YOURSELVES FOR THIS NEW WAVE OF MUSIC AND ENTERTAINMENT I HAVE PREPARED FOR YOU ALL.— BABY”

Do you think DaBaby will settle with Carey or let him take him to court?
