Bernie Sanders says Cardi B would be great for politics
Bernie Sanders thinks Cardi B has the life experience to become a politician.
Cardi B is getting an endorsement of her own from Presidential candidate, Bernie Sanders.
Sanders recently told TMZ that he believes that Cardi’s life experience makes her a great candidate to be some a politician. He said, “Cardi B is deeply concerned about what’s happening in the country. She knows what it’s like to live in poverty and struggle, and it would be great for her to bring that experience to politics.”
She followed up that announcement with more tweets going further into detail about her interest in politics.
“Like I was watching War documentaries. No matter how many weapons a country have you need people!” she wrote. “How are you trying to go against a country and possibly start a war when this country lacks patriotism? I barely see people claiming they LOVE being American.”
“I do feel like if I go back to school and focus up I can be part of Congress.I deadass have sooo much ideas that make sense,” she continued. “I just need a couple of years of school and I can shake the table.”
The “I Like It” rapper said that she would make a video or go live to explain her tweets more in depth.
“I will have to explain a lot so I will have to do a video or a live talking about it …So imma come back to my last two tweets another day,” she tweeted. “Imma talk about it another day.”
Cardi has already made it known that she endorses Senator Sanders for President. She recently interviewed Sanders and the two discussed what he plans to do for Americans if he becomes President of the United States.
