Lori Harvey may be living her best life on her birthday vacation with Future, but she is facing some serious legal troubles back in Los Angeles.

TMZ is reporting that Harvey has officially been charged in her hit and run case.

According to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office, she’s been charged with one count of resisting, delaying and obstructing a police officer and one count of hit and run resulting in property damage. Both charges are misdemeanors. She is expected to be arraigned next month.

Back in October, Harvey crashed into another car and allegedly tried to flee the scene. Cops were able to track her down as she walked down the street, a short distance away from the accident.

The crash appeared to be really serious. Her Mercedes G Wagon was completely flipped on its side. Luckily, no one was seriously injured during the accident.

Witnesses tell TMZ that she was texting and driving right before she crashed into the Prius. After the accident, Harvey was questioned by police, but they said that alcohol did not play a factor. She was not taken into custody and was just given a ticket.

Harvey is currently in Jamaica celebrating her birthday with rumored boyfriend, Future. She is also joined by her friends Jordyn Woods, Taina Williams, Teyana Taylor and G Herbo.

Harvey seemingly confirmed her relationship with Future after she posted a video of him kissing her on her cheek. She also posted a video of herself walking into her suite with the floor covered in rose petals and candles on the pathway. The two also shared coconuts together while Harvey flashed her Audemars Piguet watch.

Future shared a photo of the two getting cozy in the pool. He captioned the photo “Life is Good,” which is the name of his new number one single with Drake.
