Kevin Hart scored a major victory in the multimillion-dollar lawsuit that his former business partners filed against him.

According to The Blast, a judge granted the comedian’s motion for summary judgment in the battle with a company named Stand Up Digital. The company sued Hart and accused him of messing up their phone app after he revealed that he was having an extramarital affair. Hart, however, denied the allegations and asked for the $7.2 million lawsuit to be dismissed.

The judge presiding over the case has decided to side with Hart. The outlet reports that the judge determined that Hart did not gain anything by going public with his affair. In fact, the court order says that the comedian suffered damage to his reputation. The judge also found no reason to believe that Hart was obligated to tell his business partners about his affair announcement.

The court concluded that the evidence did not show Hart breached his contract. Hart’s counterclaim against the company for accounting still stands. The comedian’s victory will allow him to avoid going to a jury trial.

On a much lighter note, Hart will be releasing an autobiographical Netflix docuseries, “Don’t F**k This Up,” which is expected to arrive next month. Deadline reported that the comedian’s six-part series will chronicle the challenges he’s faced over the last year. The series will also consist of a compilation of interviews with family and friends, archived footage, and personal anecdotes. Hart will give fans a peek into his life as a father, husband and businessman a well.

“Don’t F**k This Up” will be produced by the comedian’s Hartbeat Productions, Lionsgate, Makemake, 3 Arts Entertainment, and Magical Elves. He announced the upcoming film on Instagram last week, with a caption that read, “Mark Your Calendars.”

“Don’t F**k This Up” will be available on Netflix on Dec. 27.
