A Patron account allegedly run by R. Kelly’s girlfriend Joycelyn Savage has been removed from the website. TMZ reports that Patreon took down the channel, which Savage had allegedly been using to accuse Kelly of abuse, because they couldn’t verify that it was actually her running the account.

“After multiple unsuccessful attempts to verify the identity of the account holder, we closed the Patreon page allegedly associated with Joycelyn Savage due to potential impersonation,” a Patreon spokesperson told the outlet. “All patrons who signed up for the membership page were refunded and the creator did not receive any funds.”

Over 1,800 users had subscribed to the channel, which allows individuals to pay membership fees ranging from $3 to $25.

The account was first teased on Instagram by a person believed to be Savage. “Things I am going to reveal that was sweared not to see the day of light—by NDA,” she had previously detailed. “I am risking my life for many others. ‪This story is 18+ and only for mature audience, I want to make sure my story is very detailed as I can remember.”

Through the Patreon account, the individual, allegedly Savage, described how she was starved, choked, mentally and emotional abused and forced to have two at-home abortions while living with the disgraced R&B singer.

Lisa Van Allen, one of Kelly’s alleged victims who appeared in the Lifetime series “Surviving R. Kelly,” revealed her skepticism toward the account earlier this week.

“One thing she said about condoms, and Rob doesn’t use condoms,” Allen said of Savage’s stories during a TMZ interview. “Another statement she made about letting her speak. I don’t understand who would be letting her speak.”

Allen also addressed the Patreon user’s claims about having no contact with her parents, forced abortions and more.

“Those things could be true, but that doesn’t mean someone’s not still controlling the situation,” she said.

For now, the Patreon account has been closed and subscribers will receive a refund from the website. Kelly’s criminal sentencing date is currently set for May 18, 2020 and is expected to last about three weeks.
