One of the men who allegedly robbed “Love & Hip Hop” star Safaree Samuels at gun point last year has decided against taking his chances with standing trial. Instead, Carl Harry has pled guilty and took a plea deal. TMZ reports that Harry pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit theft. Prosecutors have agreed to recommend a sentence of 364 days in the Bergen County Jail, with a five-year probation sentence to follow.

Harry was originally facing six charges, which would have totaled a potential sentence of 20 years behind bars. His other charges, however, have been dropped. He will be sentenced in January.

The other two men, Shawn Harewood — whom Safaree knew “fairly well,” and Tacuma Ashman will go to trial in December. Both men are still facing seven-count indictments.

Safaree was robbed at gunpoint of more than $180,000 in cash and jewelry last April before sitting for an interview with Power 105’s Angie Martinez. During the interview, Safaree recounted the incident and revealed that two guys ran up on him with two guns just before the interview. He also said that the men had him face down with a gun at his head and they took “everything.”

They were indicted back in February.

In happier news, Safaree recently jumped the broom with Erica Mena. TMZ reports that the couple got married earlier this month at the Legacy Castle in New Jersey. Sources said that “Love & Hip Hop” cameras were on hand to capture the nuptial.

The couple also announced that they are expecting their first child together – a baby girl. They confirmed the news in a video uploaded to VH1’s YouTube account. In the clip, Safaree admitted to being nervous. “I’m excited, I’m nervous, I’m in shock, I’m in disbelief,” he said. “It’s like, very surreal to me. So, it’s like whoa. I don’t know what the hell to do, but I know I’m gonna be great at what I do because I’m great at everything.”
