Offset is being sued by Nicole Marie Algarin, who is known professionally as Shya L’amour, for more child support for their daughter, Kalea.

As shown in court documents obtained by The Blast, Algarin filed a case against Offset in Fulton County, GA, where she is requesting that the court “legitimize” Kalea’s relationship with the Migos rapper. The documents also show that Offset has already taken a paternity test, which confirmed that the four-year-old child is his daughter.

Kalea was featured on the cover art for Offset’s Father Of 4 album, where he posed with Kulture and his two sons. Offset has also posted photos of Kalea on his Instagram, calling her “Daddy’s Girl.”

In the ongoing lawsuit, Algarin is requesting that the judge order Offset to pay a set amount of child support each month. She also wants the payments to be officially sanctioned by the court.

Prior to the case, TMZ reports that Algarin claims the rapper has “provided limited financial support” for Kalea and that she’s now looking to establish larger and more regular payments.

According to TMZ, Algarin also wants Offset to visit his daughter regularly on weekends, holidays and during the summer.

The “Clout” rapper welcomed his fourth child, Kulture, with Cardi B last July.

Last month, Offset was entangled in a lawsuit with an Atlanta jeweler who claimed the rapper failed to pay for almost $400,000 worth of jewelry. According to BOSSIP, Guven’s Fine Jewelry claimed that Offset had ignored their multiple requests for payment and are now demanding the rapper return the jewelry and pay for their legal fees plus damages.

The Atlanta jewelers claimed they sent two letters to Offset requesting payment in June. The pieces in question include an 18-karat gold diamond-encrusted tennis bracelet worth $140,000, a platinum tennis bracelet with emerald-cut diamonds worth $40,000, a platinum diamond necklace valued at nearly $95,000 and more.
