While behind bars, Kodak Black has been ordered to pay a hefty bill to a concert promoter for allegedly skipping several shows.

According to documents obtained by XXL, the Florida rapper owes $91,095.05 to a concert promoter, Nicholas Fitts, for failing to appear at a number of scheduled shows.

According to the lawsuit Fitts filed, Kodak was contractually bound to perform back in March of 2017 but never showed up to his New York show. Following that incident, the “ZEZE” spitter agreed to do a makeup show the next month but never showed, once again.

Last month, Kodak issued a statement from jail. While posting to Instagram, Kodak emphasized how much his life has changed in a matter of months.”4 Months Ago I Was Jus Facetiming Da Baddest Females On Planet Earth , Na Im Makin Jail Calls Waitin On Mail Call,” Kodak wrote as his Instagram caption.

“Ya Sometime I Come Off A Lil Arrogant But You`ll Be Too If You Was Young & Rich Comin Up Out Da Projects , Shiddd I Walked Out A Juvenile Detention Center To Millions Of Dollars #IMAGINEDAT .. On Da Real , Im Feelin Its Sumn God Wanna Show Me Or Want Me To Do Cause Im Steady Going Through Da Same Thing , Hopefully These Lessons Turn To Blessings. I Appreciate Ya`ll Screamin To Me Too LOVE.”

This isn’t the first time that Kodak has taken a moment to reflect on some of his past actions. Back in August, Kodak apologized to City Girls’ Yung Miami after threatening to harm her unborn child in a controversial freestyle. “#YungMiami Gimmicks Are For Suckas, As I Sit Back I Realize How Petty That Move Was And As A Man It’s Certain Things We Refrain From,” he wrote. “@sizzle808MAFIA Ain’t No Smoke Wit You Bra F–k That Lame S–t Pray Y’all Have A Healthy Baby And Live A Prosperous Life. Besides B—h We Got More Hits To Make.”
