On Thursday (Oct. 3), the jury reached a full verdict regarding 6ix9ine’s case against Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods members, Anthony “Harv” Ellison and Aljermiah “Nuke” Mack.

Judge Matthew Russell Lee ruled that Ellison was guilty of 6ix9ine’s “kidnapping in aid of racketeering…racketeering conspiracy and maiming and assault with a dangerous weapon in aid of racketeering,” TMZ reports.

In turn, Mack was found not guilty of kidnapping, but guilty of “racketeering conspiracy and narcotics trafficking,” the outlet continues.

During the trial, the rainbow-haired rapper’s alleged kidnapping video surfaced. In the visual, 6ix9ine is pleading with his former crew not to put him in harm’s way.

“I’m pleading with Harv,” 6ix9ine said in the courtroom on Wednesday (Sept. 18). “I’m telling him, ‘Don’t shoot. I gave you everything. I put money in your pocket.’ I told him that I was tired of being extorted.”

In the past, 6ix9ine has said his role in the crew was to give a cut of his music industry earnings in exchange for street credibility. With his plea deal agreement in place, many believe that the 23-year-old should look into witness protection, however, Tekashi believes differently. Per TMZ, 6ix9ine believes he will be safe if he keeps security by his side 24/7.

If Tekashi did agree to the program, his signature tattoos would have to get removed. “United States Marshals Service, which runs the witness protection program, would pay for the removal of Mr. Hernandez’s signature face tattoos,” The New York Times states.

Understandably, the world has been tuning into 6ix9ine’s case to find out what happens next. As a result, Snapchat wants to create a docuseries centered around the trial. During the series’ first season, guest appearances will be made by DJ Akademiks, Ebro Darden, Adam22, Tory Lanez, Cuban Doll and more who have made encounters with the “FEFE” rapper along the way.
