As Kanye West’s fans patiently wait for Jesus Is King, a leaked snippet has surfaced online — from Yandhi.

According to HHNM, a leaked snippet from ‘Ye’s scrapped album leaked on the internet in which the Chicago rapper references both J. Cole and Drake’s son. “Like J. Cole, damn, my own city turned they back on me, they thought I told Push about Drake’s son, God damn,” he says in the snippet.

As you might recall, Drake and Kanye West have ongoing tension. Champagne Papi believes that West tipped off Pusha T during their battle and informed him about his child.

“So I played him my music and I told him when I was dropping,” Drake recalled when speaking on ‘Ye. “I was 60 percent done with Scorpion. He told me he was just working on some beats and he wasn’t dropping until October. While I was in Wyoming I played him ‘March 14th’ and even sent him a picture of my son, I tell him I’m having trouble with my son’s mother. We had a conversation.”

Speaking on Yandhi further, on Tuesday (Oct. 1), the album appeared online as ringtones in the iTunes Store. “Kanye West appears to have dropped his new album, ‘Yandhi’ exclusively in the Ringtones category on iTunes,” one fan wrote. Another added, “Uhm @kimkardashian can we have an explanation? why did Kanye release Yandh i in ringtones.”

Back in November of 2018, ‘Ye announced that Yandhi was a no go while performing at the 2018 Camp Flog Gnaw Carnival alongside Kid Cudi. “It felt so good being on the stage last night with my brother Cudi,” Ye tweeted at the time. “After performing again, I realize the new album I’ve been working on isn’t ready yet. I’ll announce the release date once it’s done. Thank you for understanding.”
