Cardi B is sharing her story.

During an interview with Angie Martinez, the host of We TV’s Untold Stories of Hip Hop, Cardi B recalled being sexually harassed at a magazine photoshoot. Years later, Cardi stated that she will never forget how the situation made her feel.

“I will never forget how I went to shoot for this magazine and like the photographer, he was trying to get close to me,” the Invasion of Privacy artist stated. “Like, ‘Yeah, you want to get into this magazine?’ And he pulled his dick out. I was so f–king mad.”

Later, Cardi recalled explaining the situation to the magazine owner who didn’t seem surprised by her story. “You know what’s so crazy? I told the magazine owner, and he just looked at me like, ‘So? And?’” she said to Martinez. “When I see the #MeToo movement, there’s girls from the ‘hood, I know they went through the same type of treatment. It happens really every day.”

This isn’t the first time that Cardi has opened up about her unfortunate experience. During a conversation with Cosmopolitan, Cardi explained the same situation. “A lot of video vixens have spoke about this, and nobody gives a f–k,” she said at the time. “When I was trying to be a vixen, people were like, ‘You want to be on the cover of this magazine?’ Then they pull their dicks out. I bet if one of these women stands up and talks about it, people are going to say, ‘So what? You’re a ho. It don’t matter.’”

On a lighter note, Cardi has major plans within the next year. The mother-of-one wants to add another addition to her family after completing her next tour. In addition to that, Cardi is set to appear on Netflix’s “Rhythm + Flow” alongside Chance The Rapper and T.I.
