J. Prince calls 6ix9ine a “rat”

  /  09.21.2019

6ix9ine was pretty much an open book during his three-day testimony in Manhattan Federal Court this week. The Brooklyn rapper testified that Jim Jones is a member of the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods, he revealed that Trippie Redd is a gang member, and he even explained how he was barred from performing at WorldStarHipHop’s SXSW showcase in 2018. 6ix9ine claimed that because Rap-A-Lot employees stated he did not “check in,” once he arrived in Houston, he was not allowed to take the stage.

According to TMZ, during day two of 6ix9ine’s testimony, he said that his former manager Kifano “Shotti” Jordan and other members of the Nine Trey Bloods sought out to retaliate against Rap-A-Alot affiliates after 6ix9ine was prohibited from performing. Shotti and other members of the gang pulled off an armed robbery on Rap-A-Lot reps in the lobby of a building back in April.

J. Prince, the head of Rap-A-Lot Records, has since taken to Instagram to dispute some of the details in 6ix9ine’s testimony. Prince, who said that the rapper lied about how things played out, explained, “I told y’all about this clown #takashi69 that if he keeps campaigning with dumb sh-t that he was gonna get elected. Election Day has come and now I’m hearing lies he’s telling under oath about robbing me or representatives of #Rapalot Let me just make myself clear, if him or any of those clowns were to try to rob me or anyone from the #Rapalot family bad news would’ve beat them home.”

Prince also said that 6ix9ine was turned away from the event because it was his son’s party and they didn’t want him there. He continued, “Let this be a lesson to those who know better to do better because there was never a question mark in my mind that this kid #takashi69 was rat material that’s why my sons didn’t allow him to come into their party. It was never about a rat checking in with us.”
