Chris Brown shoots his shot at Rihanna following her Instagram post

As summer comes to a close, Chris Brown is shooting his shot at Rihanna yet again.

On Friday (Sept. 20), Rihanna posted a sultry photo in support of her Savage X Fenty lingerie line. “Be the first to have this and more pieces from the @savagexfenty show now on,” Rihanna wrote as her Instagram caption.

After getting a glimpse of Rihanna’s thirst trap, Chris Brown couldn’t help but comment. “I wanna be the lamp,” he wrote alongside a smirk emoji. This isn’t the first time that Brown has flirted with Riri following their 2009 breakup. Back in May, Brown commented, “BOUGHT TO BREAK DA INTERNET!” He continued, “KEEP RISING QUEEN.”

Once again, the Navy has responded with mixed reactions. ”Funny how y’all talk s–t about why is Chris Brown commenting on Rihanna post. Like, this happens A LOT of times If she had a problem with it don’t you think Chris would be BLOCKED. Y’all really want her to be mad at this man when CLEARLY she’s not,” one user wrote.

In another post, one fan posted the viral video of Keke Palmer where she states that she doesn’t know who Dick Cheney is. “I hate to say it. I hope I don’t sound ridiculous. I don’t know who this man is. I mean, he could be walking down the street, and I wouldn’t know a thing,” Palmer said in the video in which the fan references might be Rihanna’s thoughts.

All in all, it seems like harmless fun. Both artists are currently securing the bag. As of right now, Brown is on his IndiGOAT tour in support of his ninth studio album. Riri, on the other hand, has just signed a publishing deal with Sony/ATV Music.
