Chris Brown is facing another lawsuit.

According to The Blast, the “No Guidance” singer is being sued by one of his backup dancers, who claims that someone on set of a video poured toxic “fake blood” in her eyes. In legal documents obtained by the site, Danielle Griffin said that “a wardrobe and make-up artist with the first name “Angel” hired by Defendants, carelessly and negligently poured fake liquid blood on (her) head without eye protection after assuring her that the substance was safe.”

Griffin claims that the liquid caused damage to both of her eyes and she wants Brown and the video’s production team to pay. She is arguing that the fake blood was not properly tested for safety and that the defendants should have known that the liquid could damage her eyes.

Griffin went on to say that Brown and the production company “had a duty to properly train its employees and agents on the use of dangerous substance including fake liquid blood when preparing dancers and performers for the music video.”

She is seeking more than $25,000 for “loss of wages including past and present.” Griffin is also requesting damages, “including medical care and treatment of personal injuries.”

It is unclear which video Griffin was hired for.

On a lighter note, TMZ reported last month that Brown is adding to his family. The singer and his ex-girlfriend, Ammika Harris, are expecting their first child together. Sources revealed that the couple is having a boy. This will be Ammika’s first child, but Brown’s second. The singer shares a 5-year-old daughter, Royalty, with Nia Guzman.

Reports have said that Chris and Ammika have an amicable relationship, despite them no longer being together. She is also reportedly pleased with Brown’s financial, medical and emotional support.

The rumor mill began buzzing about Chris and Ammika back in June.
