Rest assured, Travis Scott doesn’t plan on slowing down anytime soon.

Over the weekend, Scott revealed that his new music will be out sooner than later. During his set at the Made in America Festival in Philadelphia, Scott previewed “Highest in the Room,” which features a verse from Lil Baby. “I love y’all so much Philly,” he said. “Thank you for bringing that mother f–kin’ energy every time I come here. I don’t know how many people out here made it to the Astroworld tour but I love ya thank ya for coming. We got some new music on the way dropping very mothaf—in’ soon ya dig what I’m saying.”

More recently, the Houston rapper released a Netflix documentary, Look Mom I Can Fly. In the 85-minute film, fans received an in-depth look at Scott’s creative process, the making of his ASTROWORLD album, fatherhood and some of the high and low points of his career.

Following the release of the film, fans inferred that Scott and Cardi B had beef after she won Best Rap Album at the Grammys. According to a recent report from TMZ, sources say that Scott’s reaction to the Grammy loss wasn’t personal. Understandably, Scott’s emotions stemmed from the amount of time and effort that went into creating his LP.

Keeping the same energy, Cardi also stated that she has no bad blood with Scott. “Ya some grown ass men talking about dragging cardi cause I won a award for a bomb ass album,” Cardi began. “Mind you I myself promoted astroworld on my page when it came out and have a good relationship wit trav while ya some small dick men talking bout draggginh a girl.”

Shortly after, fans began their own debate on Twitter stating that Scott was robbed of the coveted award. “Travis got robbed of a Grammy Astroworld was easily AOTY #LookMomICanFly,” one fan wrote on Twitter. “This Travis Netflix doc has reignited my anger that Cardi B won a Grammy over Astroworld. To this day I still haven’t played that Cardi B album,” another fan tweeted.
