Jaden Smith shaves his hair while performing onstage in Toronto
The video has gone viral.
Jaden Smith gave his fans a performance worth remembering.
In a video clip uploaded to Instagram earlier today (Aug. 4), Smith is seen shaving off his hair while performing onstage. After giving himself a brand new hairstyle, Smith resumes his performance and hypes up the crowd.
“Toronto, It Happens Thank You For The Love. Go Stream ERYS. #MSFTSrepToronto,” he wrote as his caption.
Last month, Smith dropped his Erys studio album. The 17-track LP features guest appearances from Willow Smith, Tyler, The Creator, SYRE, Kid Cudi and A$AP Rocky. While speaking with Zane Lowe, the rapper spoke about the importance of working with his sister and getting her input for his project.
“If I have a serious album, Willow starts it off,” he states. “If Willow doesn’t start off the album, that means it’s kind of a side project. She’s always kicking off anything that’s very important,” said Jaden. “So I had to get in with Willow. Even after her bullying years. We saw past that, and she still kicks off my albums. I kicked her into the TV and she kicks off my album. Now we’re just kicking it all the time.”
More recently, the 21-year-old spitter launched a vegan pop-up food truck entitled “I Love You Restaurant.” The restaurant on wheels features vegan food that is served to the people on Skid Row, an area in Los Angeles that contains one of the United States’ largest homeless populations.
