Following the untimely death of Nipsey Hussle, his girlfriend, Lauren London, has continued to remain strong for their family. Yesterday (Aug. 1), London posted a heartfelt tribute to Hussle’s sister, Samantha King, in honor of her birthday.
“The English language is too premature to articulate and illustrate my Love for you,” she began. “My dear baby sister, we are walking the darkest of tunnels together. I have your back , front, and both sides. We are bonded through love and blood for Life and even after our physical forms transcend. Happy Birthday to my magical baby sister Sammy @babyyhairz. I Got U and God Got Us,” London wrote as her caption on Instagram.
This isn’t the first time that London has penned a tribute that melted fans’ hearts. Shortly after processing the news of her boyfriend’s death, London shared her feelings at Hussle’s memorial service.
“I want you to know I feel real joy in my heart when I’m around you. I feel safe around you. Protected. Like a shield over me when you’re around,” London shared with the mourning crowd. “I’m totally myself when I’m with you, which is probably annoying because I don’t wear my cool mask anymore. You’ve made me into more of a woman. You’ve given me the opportunities to really love a man.”
Last month, London filed for guardianship of her son, Kross Asghedom. According to The Blast, Kross will receive one million dollars at the close of Hussle’s estate. As for Smith, she is currently in a legal battle with Tanisha Foster, the mother of Hussle’s eldest child, Emani Asghedom. Smith believes that Foster is an unfit mother and wants to raise the 10-year-old with the support of her family.
