While California rapper Blueface is working on solidifying his career in music, he is also keeping it transparent with fans on social media, including sharing the good times and the bad.

Over the weekend, the 22-year-old had an unfortunate experience with his family, and one that wasn’t kept off social media.

The “Thotiana” rapper was captured on film by his mother and sister Kali after an argument unfolded. The saga was uploaded to Instagram and during one of the clips, Kali claims she and her mother’s belongings were tossed outside by the rapper after they all went back-and-forth in a spat over his romantic partners.

According to Kali, the women got into an argument with the rapper’s girlfriends after one allegedly refused to greet them, resulting in the situation escalating.

Blueface, who purchased the home in March and has had his family living with him since the deal closed, can be seen in one of the clips kicking his sister down the steps as she attempts to get closer to one of the women. His mother can be heard, saying, “I love you, take care of yourself.”

It remains unclear if the police were called, but someone can be heard threatening calling authorities off-camera.

After the situation, Blueface took to social media to clear the air, during which he referred to his mother as a “clout chaser” for recording the incident on Instagram live.

“Sheesh you know it’s getting hectic when yo own momma do it for the clout,” he wrote.

After this, his sister defended their mother, reminding him of the sacrifices she made to help him play football and record music, two ventures that helped lead him to the success he’s experiencing today.

“Ain’t no free loading period everything you see me do I did for me. Sad what a bitch can do to a n—a head,” Kali wrote in an Instagram story. “You only got clout cuz of mommy stupid! How you think you got here? Saddest thing is she paid all those studio sessions when you was living in your car!”

Hopefully the matter has since smoothed over. Blueface has since shared clips on his Instagram stories highlighting better memories, such as giving his mom $10,000 in cash. He also says they posted about the matter on Instagram in order to grow their followings, going on to call out his sister for trying to launch a modeling career.
