Los Angeles rapper and YG affiliate Slim 400 was rushed to the hospital Friday night after being shot eight times in Compton.
According to TMZ, authorities were notified around 8:30 pm local time that a male— later identified as Slim 400 — had been shot. While the motive and potential suspects are currently unknown, allegedly a black vehicle suspected to be involved in the shooting was seen fleeing from the scene following the incident.
According to “The Ticker Report” host Jay Ticker, Slim is in serious but stable condition after undergoing surgery at St. Francis Hospital. Reportedly, YG stayed at Slim’s bedside throughout the night. According to screenshots posted by Adam22 of “No Jumper,” bullets that hit Slim’s face and back went in and out.
