Kojey Radical uses dance as healing therapy in "Can't Go Back" visual

  /  06.20.2019

East London rapper Kojey Radical shares a visual for his poetic new single ‘Can’t Go Back,’ the first offering from his much-anticipated, 3rd full-length body of work. Co-directed by Radical and Charlie Di Placido, the visual features the young artist exploring his struggles with depression and using dance as a healing therapy. Speaking more on the video, Radical states:

“This video feels like a return to form for me. When I went through the darkest parts of my depression I used dance as a sort of healing therapy. I wanted to reflect the joy of losing your self in a moment and letting everything go. It’s taking things all the way back to the basics to begin again and free yourself from past trauma.”

Check out “Can’t Go Back” below, and make sure to watch the full video to catch a snippet of “20/20” from his upcoming project.
