A Fulton County judge has found probable cause to charge Lil Durk and OTF affiliate King Von with criminal attempt to commit murder, according to local news station WSB-TV.

After surrendering to Atlanta police last month, Durk, real name Durk Derrick Banks, appeared in court on Friday for a probable cause hearing. During the hearing, an Atlanta detective said there is surveillance footage that shows Durk driving a car and shooting a man near The Varsity restaurant in downtown Atlanta. Reportedly, the judge came to his decision after hearing witness testimony.

According to Pitchfork, Durk and Von are facing the following felony charges: Criminal Attempt to Commit Murder; Aggravated Assault; Participation in Criminal Street Gang Activity; Possession of Firearm During the Commission of a Felony; and Possession of Firearm by a Convicted Felon.

Authorities alleged 23-year-old Alexander Weatherspoon was shot in the thigh by Durk in the early morning hours of February 5 outside of the aforementioned restaurant. Witnesses reportedly told police they saw the victim in a verbal dispute with a man just before the shooting. Investigators also claim Durk stole $30,000 and a gold chain from the victim.

Durk is currently being held in Fulton County Jail without bail. His next court appearance is scheduled for July, where Durk is expected to appeal his bail denial.
