While Mary J. Blige and Nas are no strangers to collaborating musically, the pair have decided to up the ante and hit the road for the first time together this summer.

As announced by Live Nation on Tuesday (April 16), the New York natives will be co-headlining a run of shows across North America.

The legendary singer and rapper will be hitting 22 cities this summer, with scheduled pitstops in Boston, Atlanta, Houston, Las Vegas and more. The tour is set to kick off in West Palm Beach, Fla. on July 11 and wrap in Toronto on Sept. 10.

The acclaimed artists previously teamed up for their 1997 track, “Love Is All We Need,” which appears on Mary J. Blige’s third studio album, Share My World. They later reunited in 2012, joining forces on the track “Reach Out,” which was included on Nas’ eleventh studio album, Life Is Good.

Presumably due to prior obligations or scheduling conflicts, Blige will perform without Nas for a few select dates. The Grammy Award-winning singer previously has toured with the likes of Jay-Z and Maxwell, as well as most recently wrapped up her 2017 “Strength of a Woman” tour.

Blige has spoken of Nas in high regard in the past, referring to him as a “prophet” back in 2013.

“He’s always been the person with the message,” she reflected at the time. “He’s just always been a great person. He’s very into what he is doing. He has a lot of integrity and his life shows that.”

Per Live Nation, tickets for Nas and Blige’s co-headlining tour will be made available for sale for Citi card members on April 17. Sales will open to the general public on April 19 via Ticketmaster.
