“State of the Culture” co-host Jinx paid the ATL a visit recently in honor of 404 Day. And of course, he definitely had a blast; as he chopped it up with a few residents including producers, entrepreneurs and more about the traits of Atlanta, Georgia that make them love the city so much.

While speaking to music producer Kori Sanders about how Atlanta plays a part in his story, Anders stated, “You start realizing, like, OK, I’m bringing something to the table. I have something to give that’s going to pull something out of great people.” He closed, “It’s that type of just camaraderie.”

Restauranteur Tron Hill also added his two cents about the fun, beautiful city. “Atlanta has that lightening that’s captured in a bottle… Atlanta is for everyone.” Another entrepreneur named Krystal Garner even said, “This hidden gem is now being opened up to the world.” By Jinx speaking to these businesspeople, it’s easy to see that the ATL is a great place for those who want to spread their entrepreneurial and bossed up wings, and fly high.

But, the “State of the Culture” personality didn’t only talk to peeps. He made sure he got some fun times in, too, when he pulled up to the 404 Day party. And we don’t have to tell you that the party was turnt. After all, it was in Atlanta! From drummers in bands to dancers, the event was packed with great performances and even greater audience members.

One attendee even gave special shout outs to some ATL legends like Goodie Mob and even Jermaine Dupri’s iconic label, So So Def. Another resident also made a point to give props to her hometown’s amazing food and lifestyle.

“Being a black female entrepreneur, you’re not gonna get any support anywhere else in the country like you can in Atlanta,” a next woman said. Another couldn’t help but add, “It’s so many amazing black people that are doing their thing here and I love it. I probably would never leave.”
