Young Thug and YFN Lucci had a war of words on Instagram last night (March 21).

It all began when Thugger went on Instagram Live and threatened to assault Lucci and Houston rapper Sauce Walka. “I’mma slap the hell out y’all little n—s, man,” he says in a clip uploaded by The Shade Room. “Stop playin’ with me.”

It wasn’t long Lucci responded on his own Instagram Live. The 28-year-old dismissed Thugger’s threats and told fans to stop tagging him in the post. He also referred to the Atlanta rapper as a homophobic slur. Walka also reacted to Thugger’s Live by uploading what appears to be old footage of him boxing with a trainer.

Unfortunately, their Instagram beef didn’t stop there. Thugger responded to Lucci in another post, threatening to slap him on sight. “My teeth cost more than your little broke ass life, boy,” he stated. “Stop playing. I’mma slap the shit out of [you] as soon as I see you like I said.”

Lucci kept the petty antics going when he tagged Thugger’s ex-fiancée, Jerrika Karlae, in a follow-up Instagram post. “Ya husband ain’t nun,” he wrote while flaunting his blinged out jewelry and mouthpiece. Thugger has yet to respond at press time.

If you’re searching for the origin to this beef, one would have to go back to 2017 when Thugger (real name Jeffery Lamar Williams) after dropped his Beautiful Thugger Girls album and declared himself the new Tupac Shakur. “Pac would’ve never wore a dress,” Lucci tweeted in response to Thugger’s claim along with a clown emoji. As expected, Thugger didn’t take his harsh words lightly.

“U lil mad or big mad peon,” he tweeted at the time before adding, “Doin to [sic] much could become a deep sleep.” Here’s to hoping things won’t escalate to that point. Keep reading to see footage of their Instagram drama as it unfolded ahead.
