With today (March 20) marking the first day of spring, the official beginning of festival season is just around the corner.

In the days after Pharrell announced his inaugural Something in the Water Festival in Virginia and J. Cole’s Dreamville camp confirmed the rescheduled dates for the label-run festival, another staple, Lollapalooza, is next to share the details of what fans can anticipate this year.

The seasoned fest, which will run from August 1-4 in Chicago’s Grant Park, has confirmed its selected headliners, sharing that Ariana Grande, Childish Gambino, 21 Savage, Lil Wayne, Meek Mill, Janelle Monáe, the Strokes, J. Balvin, H.E.R. and more will be taking to the high profile stage.

As exemplified by its traditionally cross-genre lineup, this year’s Lollapalooza is poised to offer something for everyone. The festival first got its start in 1991, helping pave the way for multi-day events to shape the culture of live music as fans have come to know it today.

While the festival was initially conceived as a platform for rock music, the stage has come to be shared by a plethora of acts across genres such as hip hop, R&B, pop, electronic, country and more. Each year, Lollapalooza plays hosts to more than 160,000 music fans, living up to its reputation as a leader of the annual festival scene.

Past headliners include Travis Scott, Bruno Mars, The Weeknd, Khalid, Logic, Post Malone, Lil Uzi Vert, Tyler, the Creator, Jaden Smith, Chance the Rapper, DJ Snake, Run the Jewels, J. Cole and hundreds of others.

As announced by festival organizers, four-day general admission passes are now available for sale via Lollapalooza.com and will set fans back $340 plus taxes and fees. Single-day tickets are not yet available but will be “coming soon,” per the festival’s official website.
