While fans are rejoicing that the highly anticipated Millennium tour has officially begun, the stacked bill featuring B2K, Mario, Ying Yang Twins and Chingy, among others, has brought some drama into the fold.

Earlier in the week, B2K singer Raz B vocalized how he feels unsafe now that the tour has started, explaining how he feels his personal safety is in danger.

“Raz B is officially off the tour,” he shared on his Instagram story. “I don’t feel safe because I feel like Chris Stokes is around. So guess what? I’m off the tour. Good luck to everybody. No disrespect to Omari because he’s my brother. Omari if you want to come talk to me and you want me to do the tour, I’ll do the tour, but I’m officially off the tour.”

The decision to announce his departure from the highly anticipated reunion tour was due to his accusation that the group’s former manager, Chris Stokes, molested him when he was a pre-teen, an allegation he has maintained for over a decade. Raz B also stated that he would like to tell his side of the story, suggesting that Lifetime prepares a “Surviving Chris Stokes” documentary similar to the series the channel debuted in January centering on R. Kelly.

However, much to the relief of fans, it appears as though Raz B has already had a change of heart. In an Instagram story posted early Wednesday (March 13), the singer explains that he will not be dropping off the 35-date tour after all.

“I am a work in progress,” Raz shared in the update. “I appreciate the outpouring of love, empathy, and understanding from my supporters.”

In 2007, Raz first accused Stokes of sexually abusing him as a child. Soon after, his brother, “Ricky Romantic” Thornton, also made a similar allegation against the group’s former manager. Stokes has adamantly denied the allegation to be false, even recently wishing the group success on their reunion tour and in their future.

At the time of the accusations, Omarion issued a statement where he vocalized support on behalf of Stokes, referring to him as a “father figure” and calling out his group members for “damaging” his reputation.

Recently, Omarion made a pledge to retire the group’s songs that were penned by R. Kelly after the tour is finished, perhaps speaking to how he has become more open to having difficult discussions pertaining to the subject of sexual misconduct and abuse.

The tour, which is set to run through April 28, next has a pitstop at the Blue Cross Arena in Rochester, New York on March 14.
