Kodak Black had some choice words for Lil Wayne while partying at LIV night club in Miami recently.
In footage uploaded by The Shade Room on Monday (March 4), the “Zeze” rapper can be heard calling out the Young Money rapper. “Where Lil Wayne?” Kodak says in the brief clip. “You should’ve died when you was a baby.”
As expected, Wayne’s daughter, Reginae Carter, didn’t take kindly to the diss. After catching wind of the remarks, Carter took to Instagram to call out Black over his statements. “You new lil rappers need to start giving props and respect to the Goat,” she wrote. “My father don’t bother nobody. He won’t even react to what was said. This man be in his own world so leave him tf alone. You pick the night he didn’t go to LIV to say that. You bold.”
The 20-year-old singer and actress also addressed those who felt she shouldn’t involve herself in her famous father’s feuds. “Don’t tell me to stay out of it because that’s my father and you mfs don’t give him his credit and it’s a shame.”
According to Carter, Black’s latest album, Dying to Live “[sounds] like my daddy old shit.” Black, who legally changed his name from Dieuson Octave to Bill K. Kapri in May 2018, clapped back during an Instagram Live saying, “Me and [Wayne] got a whole song together, and his lil bald head daughter like… Don’t be coming at me like that.”
The Florida native also denied having any beef with Wayne. “Why y’all tryna make it seem like I said some crazy s—t?” he told his followers. In January 2017, Black declared Lil Tunechi wasn’t the best rapper alive and challenged the 36-year-old to a fist fight for the title.
Another person not impressed by Black’s antics? Wayne’s ex-wife and Carter’s mother, Antonia “Toya” Wright. She chimed in on his Instagram Live with some harsh words of her own, writing, “F#CK YOU.” Wayne has yet to address the rapper himself.
