R. Kelly’s attorney has entered a not guilty plea over the recent charges of sexual abuse the singer faces, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

On Monday (Feb. 25), Kelly reportedly appeared at his arrangement hearing in an orange jumpsuit after spending the weekend in jail. The disgraced singer turned himself into authorities on Friday (Feb. 23) night and failed to make his $1 million bond.

Kelly has to pay ten percent of the bond, a total of $100,000, in order to be released. His lawyer, Steve Greenberg, told the courts the embattled singer doesn’t have the funds due to financial woes created by “mismanagement and bad contacts.”

On the same day of his arrangement, it was announced by attorney Michael Avenatti that a second sex tape featuring Kelly has surfaced. Avenatti tweeted that he would be turning the uncovered footage over to prosecutors in order to get justice for Kelly’s victims, one of whom he represents.

Sources told TMZ that the second sex tape is more shocking than the first one Avenatti handed over to prosecutors earlier this month. The graphic video allegedly features Kelly engaging in sexual intercourse with the same 14-year-old identified in the first video.

A third sex tape featuring the “I Admit” singer is reportedly underway with a different underage girl as young as 13 years old. Sources claim Avenatti’s team has been in contact with the person in possession of the tape and is working to receive the footage.

In 2008, Kelly was acquitted on similar charges surrounding child pornography. At the time, the singer and the young women alleged in the video both denied their involvement in the 27-minute recording. The young woman also did not take the stand during the trial which could have gotten the “I Believe I Can Fly” singer 15 years in prison.

Kelly’s next court date is March 22. He faces up to 70 years in prison if convicted on all ten counts of aggravated sexual abuse involving four women, of three who were minors at the time.
