Cardi B has made history at the 61st Grammy Awards. The five-time nominee became the first female solo artist to win the Grammy Award for Best Rap Album for her debut album, Invasion of Privacy.

She beat out Pusha-T (DAYTONA), Mac Miller (Swimming), Nipsey Hussle (Victory Lap), and Travis Scott (ASTROWORLD) for the biggest rap award of the night.

With her husband, Offset, by her side onstage; she could barely contain herself as she delivered a heartfelt speech thanking everyone from her team to her daughter, Kulture.

Less than an hour before her big win, Cardi performed her latest single “Money,” backed by a pianist and roulette dancers. Cardi turned heads in a bedazzled cheetah bodysuit and full-length purple jacket. Later in her performance, she danced on a diamond-encrusted piano before announcing, “Welcome to the Grammys!”

The tweking didn’t stop there. Cardi and her dancers burst out in some more sexy moves before Cardi strutted away in a cheetah print feather set. Her flamboyant personality was on display throughout her entire performance.

This year, Cardi B received five nominations in total, including Album of the Year, Song of the Year (“I Like It”), Best Rap Performance (“Be Careful”), and Best Pop Duo/Group Performance for the Maroon 5 collab, “Girls Like You.”
