21 Savage is facing new allegations in his immigration case. According to TMZ, cops claim the 26-year-old rapper was driving recklessly on the day he was arrested and detained by ICE.

TMZ also got ahold of three police reports documenting the Feb. 3 arrest. According to law enforcement, Savage (real name She’yaa Bin Abraham-Joseph) was driving in a red Dodge Challenger when he drove over a sidewalk and almost crashed into a marked police car. When Savage was ordered to pull over and throw his keys out the window, he followed suit. The report also claims he tossed out a bottle containing “an unknown substance.”

Savage was immediately arrested at the scene by ATF, but matters only got worse when officials found a gun with an extended magazine in the glove box of his car. TMZ also reports a styrofoam cup with an unknown substance was found in his car, but no word yet on what was in either the cup or the bottle he allegedly tossed. Both items have been taken in for evidence.

Details about why Immigration and Customs Enforcement was on the scene at the time of Savage’s arrest remain unknown. According to TMZ, a multitude of law enforcement agencies was listed in the report, including Georgia State Patrol, Narcotics Unit, ATF, Vice Unit, DeKalb K-9 Unit, and the DeKalb 90 Unit. For some reason, however, ICE was not listed.

The documents also reveal new details about the arrest, including the fact that officials were targeting rapper Young Nudy who was driving in a separate car from Savage. Another person named Kalil Smith is also cited in the report. He was taken into custody along with Savage and Nudy and arrested for having an M4 rifle in the floorboard of his car.

Savage’s lawyer, Brian Steel, told TMZ the loaded gun found in his client’s car was not his. Savage’s other attorney, Alex Spiro, told the site, “ICE has confirmed he was targeted for immigration enforcement and nothing more. He was never arrested by the police, and some other individual’s firearm and vehicle is not our concern here.”

Savage, a U.K. native, currently faces deportation from the United States. His visa expired in July 2006. Since the news of his arrest broke last weekend, celebrities and fans alike have spoken out in support of the rapper in hopes of bringing awareness to the inequities of the immigration system.
