Juelz Santana and Kimbella get married -- see videos!

Congrats are in order for one of our favorite couples on “Love & Hip-Hop”! After spending over a decade together, Juelz Santana and Kimbella officially tied the knot in a private ceremony on Thursday (Jan. 10).
As reported, the guestlist included artists such as Lil’ Kim, as well as the rapper’s Dipset family, Cam’ron, Freekey Zekey, and Jim Jones. Others in attendance included fellow “Love & Hip-Hop” _cast members Maino, Joe Budden, Remy Ma and Papoose, among others.
In the middle of Dipset celebrating their first album together in 14 years, Diplomatic Ties, at Harlem’s legendary Apollo Theater, Santana popped the big question. He surprised his longtime partner onstage with a public proposal, making the evening that much more special.
“This my lady. She’s been rocking with me for a long, long time,” the rapper shared with the audience. “She stuck it out with a n—a through the ups and downs. I love you, baby. You’re my queen and I want to do this in front of everybody right here.”
Unfortunately, Santana’s proposal arrived as he was facing serious gun charges stemming from his March 2018 arrest. Days after TSA agents discovered a loaded firearm inside his carry-on at Newark Liberty Airport and Santana fled from the scene, he turned himself into authorities.
Due to the overlapping timing of his arrest and personal milestone, fans were under the impression the proposal was out of fear of losing Kimbella while serving time. The couple share two children together, 8-year-old Juelz Santana James and Bella Monroe James, 6.
“If I was worried about someone taking her then I wouldn’t of [sic] did it,” he wrote on Instagram clapping back at a comment. “If someone take ya lady, a ring ain’t gonna stop nothing. U just gonna be out of a ring n a lady. What u saying makes no sense… Stay blessed tho fam.”
About a month after becoming engaged, Santana was sentenced to 27 months in prison after accepting a plea. At the time of this report, a surrender date has not been announced.
