Cardi B continues to be a ride or die friend (and employer). Over the weekend (Dec. 29), the Bronx rapper found herself having to deal with being bombarded by paparazzi and bystanders after landing in Australia. As Bardi made her way through the airport, she made it clear she wasn’t interested in entertaining the crowd of people and didn’t want her picture taken, even covering her head with a blanket.

As Cardi and her team worked to navigate through the chaotic scene, one woman caused the situation to escalate even further.

“No wonder your husband left you,” the unidentified woman in question said, resulting in Cardi’s publicist, Patientce Foster, to step in and defend her client.

“B—h, I’ll smack the s—t out of you,” Foster said, stepping closer to the woman. “Don’t ever come out your mouth about her mutherf—kin’ husband. Watch your mouth.”

Cardi’s team of security then continued ushering the rapper away from the woman and kept it moving before things could escalate even further.

The following morning, Cardi took to Instagram to address the situation, defending how Foster handled everything on her behalf.

“Let me tell you something about my publicist, right,” Cardi says. “‘Oh, she’s ghetto, she this.’ My publicist is for me. My publicist is a publicist that does things my way. She should have spit in that f—king lady’s face.”

Foster also took to Instagram to defend her reaction, adding, “Understand me. Won’t no job ‘title’ ever change me or who I am! I will always defend myself, and the people around me. What’s ‘professional’ to you don’t mean s—t to me! PERIOD!”

Cardi B recently came to the defense of her publicist after fans commented online that she should have fired her for allowing the rapper’s estranged husband to crash her set at Rolling Loud. The Migos rapper rolled out a display of roses asking Bardi to forgive him and take him back, resulting in a slew of backlash online.

“Fan or not you talk about my publicist/friend you can eat a d—k PERIOD,” the rapper said at the time, indicting that her publicist was simply trying to help out Offset, who also is a client and close friend of her’s.
