Beyoncé has a long history of absolutely slaying her Halloween looks and this year absolutely continues the tradition.

Taking to Instagram, the 37-year-old revealed that this year she chose to honor the legendary Toni Braxton by way of recreating her iconic cover for her eponymous 1993 album.

“Sending love and adoration to one of our talented legends,” Bey captioned the portrait, which also dons the writing ‘Phone Braxton.’ “Thank you for the countless bops. Your tone, your beauty, your range, and your God-given talent is treasured. Loving you always. Have a Happy Halloween my Kings and Queens.”

Soon thereafter, the singer herself got wind of the costume tribute, going on to share her instant approval.

Putting Beyoncé’s recreation next to the original, Braxton wrote, “Phoni Braxton!?NEVER!!! How do you look better than me on MY album cover? I LOVE IT, Such a superstar! Thanks for the love sis!”

She also included a nod to Beyoncé’s hit “Run the World (Girls),” adding, “Who run the world…GIRLS! GIRLS!”
