Charlamagne Tha God might be Kanye West fans’ biggest hope. After what has been a particularly painful weekend for supporters of the ever-outspoken rapper, the Breakfast Club host has announced that he and Ye will once again sit down for an in-depth conversation, this time teaming up for mental health awareness.

According to the announcement, the event will be made available to the general public and will refer to Charlamagne’s new book, Shook One: Anxiety’s Playing Tricks On Me, as a tool to help guide the conversation.

The two previously participated in a formal sit-down interview earlier this year, with Charlamagne’s intention aiming to showcase a different side of West’s ethos and to help fans to possibly understand where the Trump support is coming from, among other controversies the Chicago native has been seemingly actively seeking as of late.

The open dialogue is set to focus on discussing mental health, anxiety, therapy, PTSD and the societal stigmas associated with each. The public forum aims to provide a platform to openly discuss mental health, something that Charlamagne points out isn’t talked about enough in general, as well as will possibly serve as an opportunity for West to further clarify some of his more perplexing perspectives.

The talk will be hosted by New York Times columnist Jon Caramanica and is set to take place October 10th at 7pm at the Town Hall in New York. Tickets for the promotional book tour-meets-discussion are available here. The event will also be aired live via TimesTalks.com, the TimesTalks YouTube channel, and The New York Times Facebook page.
