Later on, his BMW is stopped by two armed suspects who engage in a struggle with the rapper before firing their guns. After shooting X, they take off with his Louis Vuitton bag, which was reportedly filled with $50,000 in cash.

According to reports, the video footage came to light during a discovery and bail hearing for suspect Robert Allen, who is the third person arrested and charged in the murder of the late polarizing rapper.

To date, four men total have been indicted, charged and arrested for first degree murder and armed robbery with a firearm. All four have pled not guilty. The other suspects are Dedrick Devonshay, Michael Boatwright and Trayvon Newsome.
