Back in March, Juelz Santana turned himself in after reportedly fleeing from a New Jersey airport upon TSA finding a loaded gun in his luggage. He remained in custody pending a hearing, was prosecuted by federal authorities, and then released from jail but ordered to wear an ankle monitor.

Today it was reported that he was indicted by a grand jury on federal weapons charges. According to, he’s been charged with one count each of carrying a firearm on an aircraft and possessing a weapon as a previously convicted felon.

He is scheduled to be arraigned before a U.S. District Judge on May 10. Complex is additionally [reporting]( that he faces up to 20 years in prison, a decade for each charge.
